The Sangguniang Kabataan Federation of Anao is actively pursuing transparency and peak operational standards through the launch of 𝑲𝑰𝑳𝑶𝑺 (𝑲𝒂𝒃𝒂𝒕𝒂𝒂𝒏 𝑰𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒈𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑶𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑺𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒂𝒓𝒅𝒔) the official Functionality Assessment for all 18 Sangguniang Kabataan Councils of Anao!

This critical program ensures that our SKs are consistently compliant, fully functional, and effectively implementing programs for the youth as mandated by the SK Reform Act. KILOS is our commitment to promoting better governance and accountability across all barangays.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to the committed individuals who are leading this vital assessment to 𝑴𝒂’𝒂𝒎 𝑨𝒊𝒎𝒆𝒆 𝑻𝒂𝒗𝒊𝒔𝒐𝒓𝒂 (LGOO VI, DILG), for her professional guidance and expertise. 𝑴𝒂’𝒂𝒎 𝑲𝒂𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒂 𝑭𝒍𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒔 (Office of DILG Anao), for her invaluable support in the smooth conduct of the assessment. Local Youth Development Officer 𝑭𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒛𝒆𝒐 𝑱𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒏 𝑼. 𝑻𝒂𝒓𝒐𝒎𝒂, for driving this initiative and ensuring the continuous development of our youth leaders. Your dedication guarantees that our SKs meet the highest standards of integrity and service!

The Municipal Covered Court was buzzing with focus and fierce competition last October 26, 2025, as we successfully concluded the highly anticipated Anao Chess Tournament!

This event showcased the brilliant minds and strategic prowess of our local players, turning the 64 squares into a battleground of wits. Congratulations to all the participants for their excellent sportsmanship and dedication!

This successful tournament was a testament to effective collaboration, meticulously organized and planned by the 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 (𝐋𝐘𝐃𝐂) 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐨, proving their commitment to holistic youth development. In crucial partnership with the newly established 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐨 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛, dedicated to fostering the love for this classic game in our community.

The magic of Halloween officially swept across Anao! We are thrilled to share the highlights of the incredibly successful Trick-or-Treat event, where eight (8) Barangays organized to weave a web of spooky fun and community spirit!

Thanks to the dedication and creativity of the Designated SK Councils, our youth enjoyed the event filled with colorful costumes, thrilling games, and, of course, overflowing baskets of treats!

Leading the charge and joining in the festive fun were our amazing youth advocates! It was truly heartwarming to see the enthusiasm of our dynamic Local Youth Development Officer, 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐳𝐞𝐨 𝐉𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐔. 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐚 together with SK Federation President, 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐒𝐲𝐫𝐮𝐬 𝐓. 𝐓𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐨. And our ever-supportive leader 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐫 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐥 𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐥𝐨 𝐌𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐧. Their presence and participation made the event even more special, proving that great leaders also know how to have great fun!
