Congratulations to Hon. Jimmy A. Rivera, recognized as the Top Performing Sangguniang Bayan Member for the Month of December 2025, marking his achievement as the Top Performing SB in closing the year 2025.

The recognition was given during the 32nd Regular Session of the 12th Sangguniang Bayan, held at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall, Angadanan, Isabela, on February 19, 2026.

𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐧 𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐎𝐔𝐑-𝐋 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

Women legislators from the Municipality of Angadanan took part in the General Assembly and Provincial Election of Officers of the Lady Local Legislators of the Philippines (FOUR-L) held on February 20, 2026, at the FNDY Amphitheater, City of Ilagan.

The delegation was composed of Vice Mayor Lourdes S. Panganiban, SK Federation President April Joy Paggao, Sangguniang Bayan Member Sherelyn Joy Zuela, and Yolanda Alog, representing the women legislators of the municipality.

Prior to the elections, Vice Mayor Lourdes S. Panganiban served as the Interim President of FOUR-L. During the provincial elections, she was officially elected as Vice President, while SB Member Sherelyn Joy Zuela was elected as Board of Director for Legislative District III.

The event strengthened the commitment of women leaders to collaborative leadership, empowerment, and responsive local governance across the province.

The Office of the Legislative Council received two (2) units of wheelchairs from 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗱𝗼 “𝗔𝗹𝗱𝘆” 𝗢. 𝗡𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝘀 (𝗥𝗲𝘁.) 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿, 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 (𝗢𝗧𝗦)and the 𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗔 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, with the help of Cosme Suguitan Santiago, on February 2, 2026. The donated wheelchairs were formally turned over to the MSWD Office, through MSWD Officer Joycelyn Silverio, for distribution to beneficiaries in need.
