Balibago, Angeles City – Tatlo pang biktima ang narekober ng mga responders mula sa gumuhong istruktura sa Barangay Balibago, ayon sa ulat ng Unified Command kay Responsible Official (RO) at Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Jon” Lazatin II.

Batay sa report mula sa Incident Command Post, dakong alas-1:13 ng hapon nang ma-extricate ang Casualty #18, sinundan ng Casualty #19 sa alas-1:17 ng hapon, at Casualty #20 sa alas-1:19 ng hapon.

Agad na isinailalim ng City Health Office ang tamang proseso ng retrieval, tagging, at Disaster Victim Identification (DVI) ang mga narekober na labi.

Patuloy naman ang search, rescue at retrieval with clearing operations sa collapse site sa pangunguna ng Unified Command.

Maingat na inaalis ng mga responder ang mga debris habang pinalalawak ang access sa iba pang bahagi ng gumuhong istruktura upang matukoy at marating ang mga posibleng natitirang biktima.

Nanatiling nakaalerto ang lahat ng miyembro ng Unified Command habang nagpapatuloy ang 24/7 operations sa lugar sa kabila ng mga hamon na dulot ng pabago-bagong kondisyon ng panahon at maselang kalagayan ng collapse site.

𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗘 𝗢𝗥 𝗟𝗘𝗦𝗦 𝟯 𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗔𝗜𝗡 𝗠𝗜𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗔𝗦 𝗦𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗖𝗛, 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗖𝗨𝗘, 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗥𝗘𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗩𝗔𝗟 𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗨𝗘

Balibago, Angeles City — The Unified Command reported to Responsible Official (RO) and Mayor Carmelo “Jon” Lazatin II that four (4) additional victims were recovered from Quadrant 2 of the collapsed structure during overnight operations, bringing the total number of fatalities to 17.

The victims were recovered at different times between the late evening of June 1 and the early hours of June 2. All recovered individuals were immediately turned over to the City Health Office for proper handling, documentation, and Disaster Victim Identification (DVI) procedures.

Based on the latest assessment and reports submitted to the Unified Command, approximately three (3) individuals remain unaccounted for.
Search, rescue, retrieval, and clearing operations continue around the clock as responders carefully work through the remaining debris while observing strict safety protocols to protect personnel operating within the site.

Mayor Carmelo “Jon” Lazatin II continues to closely monitor the situation through the Unified Command System and has directed all concerned agencies to sustain close coordination and provide the necessary assistance and support to affected families.

𝗙𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝟭𝟯

Balibago, Angeles City — The Unified Command reported to Responsible Official (RO) and Mayor Carmelo “Jon” Lazatin II that another body was extricated from Quadrant 2 of the collapsed structure at around 1:00 p.m. on Monday, bringing the death toll to 13.

The victim was immediately turned over to the City Health Office for proper handling, tagging, and the conduct of Disaster Victim Identification (DVI) procedures.

Meanwhile, responders are currently working to extricate another body located near where the 13th casualty was recovered.

Despite intermittent drizzles that continue to pose challenges to search, rescue and retrieval operations, personnel from the Unified Command remain committed in their efforts to locate and recover all remaining victims trapped beneath the rubble.

Sa unang araw ng Hunyo, iniulat ng Unified Command Management Option kay Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Jon” Lazatin II, na siya ring nagsisilbing Responsible Official (RO), ang pagkakarekober sa ika-12 biktima mula sa gumuhong istruktura sa Barangay Balibago.

Batay sa ulat ng Incident Command Post, pasado alas-kuwatro ng madaling araw nang ma-extricate ng mga responders ang katawan ng isang lalaking biktima mula sa rubble.

Agad namang isinagawa ng City Health Office ang kinakailangang proseso para sa Disaster Victim Identification (DVI) upang matiyak ang maayos at tamang paghawak sa labi ng biktima.

Samantala, nagpapatuloy ang regular na pagsasagawa ng disinfection at sanitation measures ng Angeles City LGU sa lugar ng insidente upang mapanatili ang kalinisan at kaligtasan habang tuloy-tuloy ang search, rescue, retrieval, at clearing operations ng Unified Command.

Balibago, Angeles City — Umabot na sa labing-isa (11) ang bilang ng mga nasawing biktima sa insidente ng gumuhong istruktura sa Barangay Balibago matapos ma-recover ang limang karagdagang katawan nitong Linggo, ilang oras bago sumapit ang unang araw ng Hunyo.

Ayon sa ulat ng Unified Command kay Mayor Jon Lazatin, ang ika-11 na biktima ay na-extricate mula sa Quadrant 2 ng Sector 1 bandang alas-diyes y medya ng gabi matapos ang tuluy-tuloy na Search, Rescue, Retrieval, and Clearing Operations sa lugar.

Samantala, kinumpirma ng Angeles City Police Office (ACPO) ang pagkakakilanlan ng ilan sa mga nasawing biktima, kabilang sina Larry Sueno, 48 taong gulang, at mag-asawang Elsa Angcao, 50 taong gulang, at Joey Angcao, 48 taong gulang.

Patuloy namang isinasailalim sa Disaster Victim Identification (DVI) Protocol ang iba pang mga na-recover na katawan upang matiyak ang kanilang pagkakakilanlan bago ito opisyal na ipaalam sa kanilang mga pamilya.

Nagpapatuloy pa rin ang operasyon ng mga responder sa pinangyarihan ng insidente habang patuloy na umaasa ang mga awtoridad na mahanap ang iba pang posibleng biktima sa ilalim ng mga guho.

𝗛𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗡𝗢𝗪: Patuloy ang operasyon ngayong gabi sa ilalim ng Unified Command Management Option habang nananatiling aktibo ang Incident Command Post (ICP) sa Brgy. Balibago, Angeles City.

Mula sa ICP, tuloy-tuloy ang koordinasyon, monitoring, at pagpaplano ng iba’t ibang response units upang matiyak ang maayos, ligtas, at organisadong pagpapatupad ng Search, Rescue & Retrieval, Clearing Operations, at Management of the Dead & Missing.
