Recently, the School Division Office of Angeles City participated in the Regional Career Intervention Camp: Towards Learning Outcomes, Empowered and Employable Learners at the Hacienda Gracia Resort, Lubao, Pampanga. The aim of the activity is to empower learners by connecting them with mentors and professionals, fostering personal growth, developing essential life skills, nurturing creativity, and providing practical job preparation.

Our Supreme Secondary Learner Government Officers recently participated in a dynamic Seminar on Leadership Skills for the Student Government (Supreme Secondary Learner Government), equipping them with the essential tools to lead with confidence, integrity, and vision. 💡💪

Through interactive discussions, team activities, and expert insights, our young leaders explored key leadership principles, decision-making strategies, and effective communication skills through an Ignatian Leader. This seminar is a step toward fostering responsible and proactive student governance! 🏆✨

🧠 Mental health matters! During our recent Mental Health and Wellness Training for Learners dated February 17-20, 2025 at Hacienda Gracia Hotel, Lubao, Pampanga, wherein our senior high school learners not only gained valuable insights into emotional well-being but also actively practiced coping strategies. Here’s how they navigated the session:

✨ Self-Awareness & Expression – Learners identified their emotions through a check-in activity, helping them recognize feelings without judgment.

🌬️ Mindfulness & Relaxation – Guided breathing exercises and grounding techniques helped students manage stress in real time.

📝 Personalized Coping Toolkits – Each participant created their own list of strategies, including music, art and dance therapy, and talking to trusted individuals.

🤝 Support & Sharing – Through group discussions, learners discovered that they are not alone in their struggles and that seeking support is a sign of strength.

💡 Key Takeaway: Mental health is just as important as physical health. By equipping learners with practical tools, we empower them to handle challenges with resilience and confidence.
