A passenger filed a complaint regarding a tricycle driver’s behavior. The matter was addressed by the PTRO after calling both parties to discuss and resolve the issue.
In this situation, the complainant’s appearance was necessary to properly investigate. Please note that PTRO can also take action when needed, even without the complainant’s appearance in other cases.
Your concerns matter.
If you experience any issues with a tricycle driver, report it to the PTRO so we can take appropriate action.
