𝗖𝗦𝗖 𝗥𝗘𝗚𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗢𝗙𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗜𝗜𝗜 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗦 𝗖𝗨𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗥 𝗥𝗘𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗚𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 (𝗖𝗥𝗠𝗧)!

The Civil Service Commission Regional Office III (CSC RO III), through its Human Resource Division (HRD), conducted the Customer Relations Management Training (CRMT) on October 7–8, 2026, at the CSC RO III L&D Center in Maimpis, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

The two-day training was attended by government employees from various offices within Region III. It aimed to enhance participants’ understanding of service excellence and customer behavior while developing their skills in addressing diverse customer needs and fostering a customer-oriented service culture.

On Day 1, Ms. Regina R. Mendoza served as the Subject Matter Expert (SME), discussing Service Excellence and Developing a Customer-Oriented Service Culture. On Day 2, Ms. Hazel Helen B. Salonga facilitated sessions on Creating a Service Excellence Environment Through Customer Feedback, Understanding Ourselves and the Customer, and Skills in Building Customer Satisfaction.

Through CRMT, CSC RO III continues to support the professional development of government employees and promote a culture of excellence, responsiveness, and quality service in the public sector.

Please be informed that the transactions in the CSC REGIONAL OFFICE III shall be limited to "RECEIVING ONLY" on 12-13 October 2026 due to the scheduled Training on Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence - Embedded Systems Governance (PRIME-ESG), which will be attended by the Office's employees.

Regular transactions will resume on 14 October 2026 (Wednesday).

𝗣𝗮𝘀𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲: 𝗖𝗦𝗖 𝗥𝗢 𝗜𝗜𝗜 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀

With the theme of the 126th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary, "Bawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani: Puso, Dangal at Galing Para sa Bayan," the Civil Service Commission Regional Office III honored the collaborative efforts of its 38 of its partner agencies and organizations for their steadfast commitment, generous contributions, and unwavering support to public service during the Pasasalamat: Partner Recognition Program. The program was held on September 30, 2026, at the Clark Marriott Hotel in the Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.

A vibrant recap of the 126th PCSA celebration was featured which highlighted the meaningful activities and initiatives carried out by CSC RO III in partnership with various stakeholders. Among these were the Trabaho at Serbisyo Hatid sa Bayan 2026, Pagpupugay 2026: Parangal sa mga Lingkod Bayani, Lingkod Bayani Run 2026, and Luntiang Pook Bayan. These activities showcased the shared commitment to honor public servants, bring government services closer to the people, and inspire a culture of excellence in the civil service.

A Special Recognition was likewise given to the Council of Human Resource Management Practitioners of Region III in appreciation of its valuable partnership and continued support in advancing human resource management excellence in the region.

More than a mere recognition event, the 2026 Pasasalamat was a celebration of partnership and shared purpose. This celebration serves as a reminder that excellence in public service is made possible through a manifestation of puso, dangal, at galing in the service of the Filipino people and the country, as CSC RO III and its partners continue to advance.
