Angeles City gets back-to-back Seal of Good Local Governance merit from DILG

The Angeles City Government, under the leadership of Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr., historically received back-to-back Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG) conferred by the Department of the Interior and Local Government.

The Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG) is an award, incentive, honor and recognition-based program for all LGUs and is a continuing commitment for LGUs to continually progress and improve their performance.

According to Mayor Lazatin, the SGLG is the most challenging iteration of the performance measurements from DILG.
