WEEKLY COMMAND CONFERENCE

At around 9:00 AM on June 1, 2026, the Angeles City Police Office (ACPO), led by PCOL JOSELITO E VILLAROSA JR, City Director, conducted a Command Conference at the ACPO Conference Room.

The activity was attended by the Command Group, Staff Officers, FC CMFC, Station and Unit Commanders, CESPO, and representatives from NSU/NSO.

The Conference served as a venue for the presentation of the Minutes of the Meeting, Staff announcements, assessment of ACPO's operational performance, review of current accomplishments, and discussion of priority programs and activities.

CD ACPO, explained the importance of sustaining Peace and Order Operations and Public Safety though Proactive approach. He emphasized the proper establishment of Checkpoints in strategic locations to enhance police visibility.

TRADITIONAL MONDAY FLAG RAISING CEREMONY

At around 7:30 AM of June 1, 2026, the Angeles City Police Office (ACPO), under the leadership of PCOL JOSELITO E VILLAROSA JR, City Director, conducted its Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony at the ACPO Parade Ground.

The Ceremony was graced by Pastor Israel Mangonon from the Calvary Temple.

PLTCOL GERALD T LICYAYO, DCDA, led the awarding of Medals and Commendations to deserving ACPO personnel in recognition of their exemplary performance and unwavering commitment to their duties.

The Traditional Flag Raising Ceremony reflects the continuing efforts of the Angeles City Police Office to promote excellence, teamwork, and moral integrity within its ranks, in line with its mission to serve and protect the community with honor and dedication.

At around 10:30 PM on May 30, 2026, PCOL JOSELITO E VILLAROSA JR., City Director, attended a meeting with members of the UCMS regarding Safety Measures and Operational Plans for the systematic removal of debris at Ground Zero to support the continuing Search and Rescue operations.

At around 9:15 PM on May 30, 2026, PCOL JOSELITO E VILLAROSA JR., City Director, together with BFP and other members of the UCMS, conducted an inspection at Ground Zero of the collapsed 9-storey building in Angeles City to monitor the progress of the ongoing search and rescue operations and ensure continuous coordination among responding agencies.

ACPO APPREHENDS SUSPECT FOR FALSIFICATION OF PUBLIC DOCUMENTS

Angeles City – The Angeles City Police Office (ACPO), under the firm leadership of PCOL JOSELITO E VILLAROSA JR, City Director, successfully apprehended a 26-year-old male suspect for Violation of Article 172 of the Revised Penal Code (Falsification of Public Documents).

At around 12:30 PM on May 29, 2026, the suspect was identified by a 34-year-old male witness who appeared in a viral video involving individuals who received financial assistance from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) after falsely presenting themselves as survivors of the collapsed building incident in Angeles City.

The witness, who serves as a timekeeper at the collapsed building site, confronted the suspect at the Incident Command Post after recognizing him and questioning his false claim. The confrontation caused a disturbance in the area, especially among the families of unrecovered victims who were still awaiting updates regarding their loved ones. Upon learning about the alleged fraudulent act, several relatives of the victims became enraged.

To pacify the situation and maintain order, personnel of Police Station 4 immediately intervened and invited both the suspect and the witness to the police station for proper investigation.

Considering that there had already been prior incidents involving fraudulent claims related to the collapsed building tragedy, the suspect was asked to present an identification card to verify his identity. However, upon presentation and verification of his driver’s license, responding personnel discovered that the said document appeared to be falsified.

Appropriate charges for Violation of Article 172 of the Revised Penal Code are being prepared against the suspect.

ACPO CONDUCTS RPSB SUMMING UP ACTIVITY

Angeles City – The Angeles City Police Office conducted the Revitalized Pulis sa Barangay (RPSB) Summing-Up Activity held at Brgy. Pampang, Angeles City, as part of the continuous efforts in strengthening community partnership and sustaining peace and order in the barangay.

Present during the activity were PCPT EDILBERTO GEMINI, Assistant Chief CCADU; the Barangay Captain of Brgy. Pampang; PMAJ FREDERICK FERRER, Station Commander of Police Station 2; and PMAJ MAVERICK DAVE BELTRAN, RPSB Team Leader.

During the activity, accomplishments and initiatives undertaken by the RPSB Team in the barangay were highlighted, emphasizing the importance of cooperation between the police and the community in maintaining public safety and addressing local concerns.

ANGELES CITY POLICE OFFICE INTENSIFIES ANTI-CRIMINALITY CAMPAIGN; MULTIPLE SUSPECTS ARRESTED IN SERIES OF OPERATIONS

Angeles City Police Office, under the firm leadership of PCOL JOSELITO E. Villarosa Jr., continues its intensified campaign against illegal drugs, illegal fi****ms, and wanted persons, resulting in the successful arrest of several suspects in separate law enforcement operations conducted on May 28, 2026.

At about 1:00 PM of May 28, 2026, personnel of the Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) of Police Station 3, together with members of ACDEU, ACPO and CIU, ACPO, conducted a buy-bust operation in Sitio Pader, Brgy. Pulung Maragul, Angeles City, which resulted in the arrest of suspects identified by their aliases “Kabug,” a High Value Individual (HVI), “Christian,” “Jeffrey,” and “Robin.” Upon consummation of the illegal drug transaction, the operatives immediately arrested the suspects. Confiscated from their possession were twelve (12) heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu, with an estimated total weight of 55 grams and a Standard Drug Price (SDP) value of Php374,000.00.

At about 2:15 PM of the same date, operatives of Police Station 4 conducted a buy-bust operation against loose fi****ms which resulted in the arrest of alias “Popong,” a resident of Brgy. Pandan, Angeles City. The suspect sold to a police poseur-buyer one (1) improvised 12-gauge shotgun with one (1) live ammunition. The suspect was immediately informed of his Constitutional Rights and subsequently brought to Police Station 4 together with the confiscated evidence for proper disposition.

At about 2:40 PM, joint operatives of Police Station 1, RIU 3 (Intel Packet), CIDMU ACPO Tracker Team, CIU ACPO, and Porac MPS conducted manhunt operations along Apo Road, Brgy. Sto. Domingo, Angeles City, which led to the arrest of alias “Arnold” for Acts of Lasciviousness under Article 336 of the Revised Penal Code in relation to Section 5(B) of RA 7610. The warrant of arrest was issued by Hon. Redan Adajar Acal, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 59, Angeles City, docketed under Criminal Case Nos. R-ANG-26-01667 to 01670 dated May 25, 2026, with recommended bail fixed at Php108,000.00 for each count.

At about 5:00 PM, personnel of Police Station 3, ACPO (Lead Unit), together with the ACPO Tracker Team, CIU ACPO, and 302nd MC RMFB3, implemented a warrant of arrest against a suspect for Violation of Section 5(I) of RA 9262. The warrant was issued by Hon. April Joy B. Magsayo-Aguila, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 61, Angeles City, Pampanga, docketed under Criminal Case No. R-ANG-26-01533-CR dated May 18, 2026, with recommended bail fixed at Php72,000.00.

At about 7:50 PM, personnel of the Warrant Section of Police Station 6 together with 302nd MC RMFB3 served a warrant of arrest against accused “Rext” at the Angeles City District Jail, Camp Tomas J. Pepito, Brgy. Sto. Domingo, Angeles City, for Statutory R**e under Article 266-A(2) of the Revised Penal Code as amended by RA 8353 and further amended by RA 11648, and Acts of Lasciviousness under Article 336 of the RPC in relation to Section 5(B) of RA 7610 and RA 11648. The warrant was issued by Hon. Katrina Nora S. Buan-Factora, Presiding Judge of Branch 10, Family Court, Third Judicial Region, Angeles City, dated March 11, 2026, docketed under Criminal Case Nos. R-ANG-26-00790-CR to R-ANG-26-00792-CR, with recommended bail fixed at Php200,000.00.

Meanwhile, at about 8:40 PM, personnel of Police Station 5 conducted an anti-illegal drugs buy-bust operation in Deca Clark, Brgy. Margot, Angeles City, resulting in the arrest of alias “Soy.” Confiscated from the suspect were suspected shabu weighing more or less 2.5 grams with an SDP value of Php17,000.00.
