Coast Guard Angono

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: CGSS Angono, together with MEPERU Rizal, conducted the Youth Sea Scout Program regarding the National Awareness Seminar at Angono National High School, Brgy. Kalayaan, Angono, Rizal.

The activity is aligned with Task Force Ingat Yamang Dagat, where the team explained marine pollution, the problems with single-use plastics, and how oil spills affect the ocean. A total of 75 students from grades 11 and 12 participated in the seminar.

Both CGSS Angono and MEPEPU Rizal extend their sincere thanks to the school principal for supporting this educational initiative and look forward to organizing similar programs for other groups of students.

LOOK: Under the leadership and guidance of the Station Commander of Coast Guard Station Rizal, in collaboration with the Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary 102nd Squadron, Coast Guard Sub-station Angono participated in the conduct of home visitation and gift -giving activity at the Josefheim Foundation Inc. at Sitio Labong, Bugarin Brgy. Halayhayin, Pililia Rizal as part of the month-long activities in connection with the 3rd Anniversary of the Coast Guard Station Rizal with the theme ''Coast Guard Cares.''

During the visit to the home for the aged, the team brought warmth, joy and companionship to the patients. It was a day filled with smiles, meaningful conversations, and cherished memories as we connected across generations.

Our time together reminded us of the importance of honoring and cherishing those who have paved the way before us. Through listening, sharing, and caring, we bridged the gap between young and old, creating a lasting impact that celebrated lives well-lived.

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: Acting Commander, Coast Guard Sub-Station Angono paid a courtesy call to Mayor of Angono Hon. Jeri Mae Calderon at Angono Municipal Hall, Angono, Rizal last 06 August 2024.

The said courtesy call served as a platform to express gratitude for the unwavering support and cooperation extended by the LGU of Angono to the Coast Guard Sub-Station Angono and the said activity also provided an avenue for discussions on more future collaborations between the two parties.
