🎅🎁 Kita-kits, Tagaytay!

Today marks another meaningful day for Barangay Tagaytay as we successfully carried out the first batch of our food assistance distribution under the FALGU program. Out of 71 identified households, 53 families have already received their share, bringing relief and smiles to our community.

For those who were not included in today’s schedule, 17 households will soon receive their food assistance in the second batch, with the date to be announced shortly.

We are deeply grateful to MLGOO Ma’am Genebeth Salazar and LNB President Hon. Fritzgodfrey Pollicar, whose presence and support truly added value to this activity. Special thanks also to Sir Mark Pagunaling, LDRRMO II, and company for conducting the 3rd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake drill, and to Police Captain Dee M. Yap and company for coming and showing their support. Their commitment, together with the efforts of our local leaders, reminds us of the importance of unity and collective action.

The Barangay Council & SK Officials of Tagaytay proudly held the successful Barangayanihan 2025 Capability Building Training and Symposium last August 15, 2025, with the theme “Tulong-tulong sa Pagsulong: Kaligtasan, Kaalaman at Kaunlaran.”

We extend our gratitude to Anini-y MDRRMO led by Sir Mark Pagunaling for their invaluable expertise in Disaster Risk Reduction and Basic Life Support, and to our Tanod, Health Workers, TES faculty & students, and the people of Tagaytay for their wholehearted support.

Project Oink: Livelihood Program for OSY 🐖🌱

We’ve officially signed the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) and turned over piglets to the first two beneficiaries of Project Oink — our livelihood program made especially for Out-of-School Youth here in Barangay Tagaytay.

This project isn’t just about raising pigs. It’s about creating real opportunities, building self-reliance, and helping our youth start something meaningful.

Big thanks to Punong Barangay Joseph P. Solis for joining us during the turnover and for always supporting programs that empower the youth.

Maligayang Araw ng Kalayaan!

The Barangay Council of Tagaytay joins the 127th Philippine Independence Day celebration with the theme: "Kalayaan, Kinabukasan, Kasaysayan" and the Oath-taking of newly elected municipal officers today, June 12 at Anini-y Covered Gym.
