The two-day seminar provided a valuable opportunity to enhance knowledge, deepen understanding of quality management systems, and further equip participants for their continuing roles and responsibilities in public service. Through insightful discussions and practical learning sessions, CPPO Lanuza gained new perspectives that will contribute to the pursuit of excellence and continuous improvement in service delivery.

On 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟰, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, the 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐨 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 actively participated in the 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐨 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐢-𝐃𝐫𝐮𝐠 𝐀𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 (𝐀𝐂𝐀𝐃𝐀𝐂) Meeting in the morning and the 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐨 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐏𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 Meeting in the afternoon, represented by 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗶𝘀 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝘂𝘇𝗮 together with 𝗣𝗣𝗢 𝗜𝗜 𝗭𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗼 and 𝗣𝗣𝗢 𝗜𝗜 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰 𝗕𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗼.

During both meetings, CPPO Lanuza formally introduced PPO II Operiano and PPO II Bernardo to the body as her authorized representatives whenever official commitments prevent her attendance. One of the key agenda items discussed was the availment of probation by plea bargainers. Through an engaging question-and-answer session, important issues and concerns were clarified, resulting in a better understanding of the probation process among stakeholders.

The meetings also provided an opportunity to highlight the Livelihood and Education Access Program (LEAP), which has gained strong support from the local government, particularly through the partnership with Public Employment Service Office (PESO) and the City Livelihood Office. The members of both councils expressed their continued support for the programs and initiatives of the Antipolo City Parole and Probation Office.

Indeed, every engagement with our local government partners opens doors to stronger collaboration, greater understanding, and positive outcomes for the clients and communities we serve.

𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗣 is a rehabilitation and reintegration program designed to assist clients in gaining sustainable employment, enhancing their skills, and accessing educational opportunities that will help them become productive members of society.

Following the launching program, modular sessions were conducted for the participants. The whole-day activity was successfully carried out with lunch served through LEAP funds. 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿, 𝗮 𝘁𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝟮,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗡 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀.

With over 23 years of dedicated public service, Director Wilson R. Suba now serves as the Deputy Administrator of the Department of Justice – Parole and Probation Administration. From his early beginnings at the Board of Pardons and Parole to key leadership roles across the Department of Justice and the Tourism Promotions Board, he has consistently been at the forefront of strategic planning, performance management, and public sector innovation.

A Career Executive Service Eligible (CESE), Mr. Suba is recognized for championing reforms that enhance efficiency, strengthen service delivery, and uphold a culture of excellence in government. His career reflects a steady commitment to institutional development, innovation, and responsive public service.
