𝐏𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐈𝐂 𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐘

Please be advised that 𝐎𝐍𝐋𝐘 𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐄𝐍𝐒𝐄𝐃 𝐀𝐑𝐂𝐇𝐈𝐓𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐒 𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐀𝐔𝐓𝐇𝐎𝐑𝐈𝐙𝐄𝐃 𝐓𝐎 𝐏𝐑𝐄𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐒𝐈𝐆𝐍 𝐀𝐑𝐂𝐇𝐈𝐓𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐀𝐋 𝐃𝐎𝐂𝐔𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒. In addition, the Office of the Building Official (OBO) shall strictly require the submission of Architectural and Civil/Structural Permit Forms for Building Permit Applications.

This is in view of the following: Supreme Court (SC) Decision in G.R. No. 200015 and 205846 dated 15 March 2023, and SC Resolution dated 30 October 2024; and the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) NBCDO Memorandum Circular No. 01 series of 2025 dated 07 February 2025, mandating strict observance of all concerned on the SC Decisions and Resolution.

Pursuant to the above-mentioned issuances, please be advised that 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐭 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 are hereby 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 to comply accordingly.

𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹:

Based on PAGASA's daily weather report released at 7:00 a.m., 24 July 2023, Typhoon Egay undergoes rapid intensification with the center of the eye of the typhoon estimated based on available data at 570 km. East of Baler, Aurora (15.2°N, 126.9-E) with maximum sustained winds of 140 km/hr near the center and gustiness of up to 170 km/hr. It is moving Westward at 15 km/hr.

In view of this, ALL ADVERTISING MATERIALS (electronic, conventional billboards, and the like) must be automatically TAKEN DOWN by the billboard operator/owner after the release of a typhoon signal no. 1 bulletin or any other significant weather disturbance by the PAGASA.

Likewise, all ongoing construction must observe mitigating and precautionary measures regarding the effects of the said typhoon.

Furthermore, kindly REPORT to the Office of the Building Official (OBO) any untoward incident pertaining to the structural safety and stability of your structure.
