Today, we commemorate National Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Day in the Philippines, observed every July 17 under the Republic Act No. 10871 (The Samboy Lim Law). This day reminds us of the importance of learning CPR, a life-saving skill that empowers ordinary people to make an extraordinary difference during emergencies.
