Based on the numerous requests, we are extending the deadline of submission of entries until SEPTEMBER 26, 2022.

𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗔 𝗡𝗔, 𝗦𝗔𝗟𝗜 𝗡𝗔 𝗦𝗔 𝗬𝗘𝗦 𝗣𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗦𝗧

Muling inaanyayahan ang mga Rizaleñong mahilig magpinta lalo na ang mga nasa marginalized sector na sumali sa YES Painting Contest na may temang "𝗕𝗮𝗻𝘆𝘂𝗵𝗮𝘆 𝗼 𝗕𝗮𝗴𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗻𝘆𝗼 𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝘂𝗵𝗮𝘆" na sumisimbulo sa kakayahan, katatagan at pagkakaisa ng Rizaleño.

𝗡𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰𝘀:
👉 Open ito sa lahat ng Rizaleño artists maging ang mga winners at non-winners sa nakaraang contest gayundin ang mga artists mula sa iba’t ibang sektor tulad ng persons with disabilities (PWDs), persons deprived of liberty (PDLs), atbp.
👉 Ang size ng canvas na pagpipintahan ay dapat 4ft. x 8ft.
👉 Isang entry lamang bawat kalahok.
👉 Ang painting ay kailangang naka focus sa tema at kailangan ding may lagda ng artist kasama ang taon kung kailan ito pininta.
👉 Ang lahat ng nais sumali ay kailangang ipasa ang kanilang entry kasama ang (1) photo ng kanilang painting (8.5x11 letter size paper), (2) Barangay Certificate of Residency, (3) entry form sa Provincial Information Office, 2nd floor Rizal Provincial Capitol Building Ynares Compound, Barangay San Roque Antipolo City 𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 SEPTEMBER 26, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮.

DHSUD OIC. Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 1 from the Office of the President "Declaring Vacant Certain Positions in the Departments, Offices, Agencies and Bureaus in the Executive Department and Fixing Rules Therfor to Ensure Continuous and Effective Delivery of Service" dated June 30, 2022, Assistant Secretary Melissa A. Aradanas, EnP, CESO II, is recognized as the Officer-in-Charge (OIC) of the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development.

ASec. Aradanas currently serves as Assistant Secretary for Bureaus. She is a licensed environmental planner and a Juris Doctor graduate. Early this year, she was conferred the rank of Career Executive Service Officer II.

In her more than 26 years in government service, she has served as the Deputy Secretary General of the former Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council and as Commissioner of the Presidential Commission for the Urban Poor.

ASec. Aradanas shall perform and discharge the duties and responsibilities of the Office until 31 July 2022, or until a replacement has been appointed or designated, whichever comes first.
