STANDBY MEDIC OPERATION
ALAY-LAKAD 2023 | April 6, 2023
A 70 yrs old woman from Peñafrancia was reported and responded by our Striker Team as she fell down while walking along Sumulong Hiway in front of Robinson, night of ALAY-LAKAD at around 9:21pm.
The patient immediately taken to our Station with chief complaint of headache due to fall.
Upon assessment, her SPO2 decreased to 93%.
Our Treatment Officers performed emergency oxygen management to correct level of her SPO2.
After careful assessment, the patient regained her SPO2 to normal rate and decided to proceed with their devotion.
The patient and her companion signed the refusal form securely.
Attended by our Treatment Team 1 composed by Doctor, Nurse and EMR
