Cruz was formed through the combination of numerous Sitio of Barangay Dela Paz. These sitio are: Sta. Cruz, Nagpuso, Cavaliers, Kay Baiya, Mahal na P**n, Tawid-Tawid, Uulan, Makatubong, Mini, Tagisan, at Seven Hill.
