• To provide programs and services that will promote the rights welfare of the less fortunate & disadvantaged individual, family and community that will contribute to poverty alleviation, programs and development of Antipolo City

VISSION:

• A competent, friendly service oriented Social Welfare Office compassionately working together in the Government to help uplift the living condition of the Poor, Vulnerable, Disadvantaged & the Less fortunate residents of Antipolo City
