The City Government of Antipolo, in partnership with the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO), the National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA), and various stakeholders, warmly invites you to join the 47ᵗʰ National Disability Rights Week celebration, themed:

“Innovation for Inclusion: Building Inclusive Communities Together”

📌 August 03, 2025 - SUNDAY 8am to 4pm
📌Sumulong Park (Antipolo Plaza near Antipolo Cathedral)


This activity aims to gather various national and local government agencies, along with private organizations, to deliver a wide range of services to persons with disabilities (PWDs). These services include:

🔹 Rehabilitation Services:
Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy

🔹 Medical Services:
Free consultations, ECG, tooth extraction, and distribution of essential medicines

🔹 Employment and Livelihood Assistance:
Information desks from PESO, TESDA, and CCLO

🔹 Special Education Support:
Enrollment services and program assistance for learners with special needs

🔹 Social Welfare Services:
4Ps inquiries and assistance

🔹 Civil Registry Services:
Processing of requests and corrections for birth and marriage certificates

🔹 PhilHealth and PhilSys Services:
Inquiries, registration, and updating of records

🔹 PWD-Specific Services:
Application for PWD IDs and consultation on benefits and entitlements

🔹 Wellness Services:
Free haircut and back massage for participants

This celebration serves as a meaningful reminder of our shared commitment to promote inclusion, empowerment, and equal opportunity for persons with disabilities. We look forward to your participation in this significant event!

𝐀𝐍𝐔𝐍𝐒𝐘𝐎 𝐏𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐈𝐊𝐎📢

Simula August 1, muling mahigpit na ipatutupad, (tulad nung panahon ng pandemya at lockdown) ang Curfew Operations na may kalakip na kaparusahan alinsunod sa City Ordinance No. 2003-148, Ordinance No. 49-2000, at sa direktiba ni Mayor Jun Ynares.

📌Bawal sa mga menor de edad (17 pababa) ang gumala o manatili sa mga pampublikong lugar mula 10:00 PM to 4:00 AM, maliban kung may lehitimong dahilan.

Narito po ang mga 𝐊𝐀𝐔𝐊𝐔𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐆 𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐔𝐒𝐀 𝐒𝐀 𝐌𝐆𝐀 𝐌𝐀𝐆𝐔𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐆 𝐎 𝐆𝐔𝐀𝐑𝐃𝐈𝐀𝐍 ng mga menor de edad na lalabag sa itinakdang ordinansa:

🟢 𝐔𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐚𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐠:
* Para sa bata: Dadalhin sa pinakamalapit na Barangay Hall o Police Station. Sasailalim sa counselling ng Barangay Council for Protection of Children (BCPC).
* Para sa magulang/guardian: COMMUNITY SERVICE na hindi bababa sa 48 hours at MULTANG ₱ 2,000.00.

🟡 𝐈𝐤𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐚𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐠:
* Para sa bata at magulang/guardian: Pagdalo sa dalawang magkasunod na
counselling session ng BCPC.
*Para sa magulang/guardian: COMMUNITY SERVICE na hindi bababa sa 72 hours at MULTANG ₱ 3,000.00.

🔴 𝐈𝐤𝐚𝐭𝐥𝐨 𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐠𝐚 𝐬𝐮𝐬𝐮𝐧𝐨𝐝 𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐚𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐠:
* Para sa bata at magulang/guardian: Dadalhin sa City Social Welfare and Development Office para sa counselling at kaukulang aksyon sa kaso.
* Para sa magulang/guardian: COMMUNITY SERVICE na hindi bababa sa 120 hours at MULTANG ₱ 5,000.00. Posibilidad na masampahan ng kasong kriminal.
