Republic Act 7160 - Local Government Code
Section 16. General Welfare. - Every local government unit shall exercise the powers expressly granted, those necessarily implied therefrom, as well as powers necessary, appropriate, or incidental for its efficient and effective governance, and those which are essential to the promotion of the general welfare. Within their respective territorial jurisdictions, local government units shall ensure and support, among other things, the preservation and enrichment of culture, promote health and safety, enhance the right of the people to a balanced ecology, encourage and support the development of appropriate and self-reliant scientific and technological capabilities, improve public morals, enhance economic prosperity and social justice, promote full employment among their residents, maintain peace and order, and preserve the comfort and convenience of their inhabitants.

STEP 1: MAGPAREHISTRO SA PHILHEALTH YAKAP
Magrehistro sa eGovPH App, sa PhilHealth Member Portal, sa anumang PhilHealth office sa buong bansa, o sa iyong napiling YAKAP Clinic.
STEP 2: Pumunta sa YAKAP Clinic kung saan nakarehistro para magpakonsulta.
STEP 3: Kumuha ng gamot sa accredited GAMOT provider ayon sa reseta ng doktor
Magrereseta ang doktor gamit ang GAMOT app. Ipakita sa pharmacist ang reseta o UPSC code. Pagkatapos, pirmahan ang GAMOT Availment Slip na ibibigay ng pharmacist.
🔴 TANDAAN:
May karatulang naka-display sa labas at loob ng botika na magpapatunay na sila ay accredited na GAMOT provider.
Hanggang P20,000 na halaga ng gamot ang maaaring makuha kada benepisyaryo sa accredited na botika sa loob ng isang taon.
Sasabihin ng pharmacist kung magkano pa ang balanse mula sa P20,000 na limit.

Mga kapitbahay, alam n'yo ba na ang Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) ay nagbibigay ng tulong medikal sa pamamagitan ng Individual Medical Assistance Program (IMAP) nito upang matulungan ang mga Pilipinong hindi kayang magpagamot?
