33rd CIVIL REGISTRATION MONTH is WAVING! Kaya’t para ma-FLEX naman natin ang talento ng mga Kabataang Antipolenyong graphics designers, magkakaroon po tayo ng DIGITAL POSTER with LOCAL CIVIL REGISTRAR (LCR) Logo Making Contest!

✅ WHEN

👉 Deadline of Submission: February 23, 2023 / 12:00 PM
👉 Judging: February 24, 2023

✅ WHO

👉 Resident of Antipolo, aged 15 to 25 years old
with valid ID (complete name, birthday and address)

✅ MECHANICS

🔸 Posters must illustrate, interpret and emphasize the 33rd Civil Registration Month Theme.
🔹 Logo must use elements that symbolize the powers and functions of the Office of the Civil Registrar.
🔸 Each participant should submit ONE entry only.
🔹 Contestants can use Photoshop, Paint or any related software applications or media for digital artwork (drawing/painting).
🔸 Distinguished marks and/or names of contestants are not allowed to appear as an element in poster/logo entries.
🔹 No downloaded images and clip arts can be integrated in the artwork. It should be ALL ORIGINAL.
🔸 Participants should submit an Artist Statement of Originality – this is an explanation in not more than 300 words describing what inspired the artwork/logo. Images should be around 300 dpi, A3 (297 x 420 mm) landscape or portrait orientation.
🔹 Save the image in JPEG with initials and date of birth (e.g. HBC_011098.jpg).
🔹Images along with the Artist Statement of Originality and photocopy of valid ID should be sent to [email protected].
🔸 All submitted entries will be deemed property of the City Government of Antipolo.
🔹 Winners should agree to disclose publication of their names and other particulars as the City Government of Antipolo deems appropriate and to participate in any photo publicity or other media arranged by the City Government of Antipolo to announce the winners to the general public.
🔸 Winners should agree to modify their winning entries as requested by the City Government of Antipolo.

The winning material will be used as a backdrop for the LCR FB page, letterhead and other official concerns.

👉 COMPOSITION/ORIGINALITY – 30%
👉 CREATIVITY/HARMONY/DESIGN – 30%

🥈 2nd Prize – Php 4,000.00
🥉 3rd Prize – Php 3,000.00
💕 Consolation Prize – Php 2,000.00 each
💪 All Participants – Certificate of Participation
