ANO ANG KAIBAHAN NG STANDBY VS READY RESERVE?

Maraming nalilito dito, pero mahalagang maintindihan mo lalo na kung balak mong pumasok bilang Reservist.

Ganito kasimple:

1️⃣ READY RESERVE — UNANG TINATAWAG SA AKSYON
Ito ang mga reservists na:

Regular na nagte-training at updated ang skills
Pisikal na fit at operational-ready
Agad na tinatawag kapag may Activation Order

➡️ Sila ang frontliners sa oras ng kalamidad o emergency.

2️⃣ STANDBY RESERVE — SUPPORT AT BACKUP FORCE
Ito naman ang mga:

Hindi na active sa regular training
Maaaring may edad na o may ibang commitments
Tatawagin lang kapag kulang ang Ready Reserve

➡️ Sila ang reinforcement kapag lumala ang sitwasyon.

3️⃣ LEVEL NG KAHANDAAN

Ready Reserve = High readiness, deploy agad
Standby Reserve = Lower readiness, waiting status

4️⃣ TRAINING STATUS

Ready Reserve = Updated at tuloy-tuloy
Standby Reserve = Minimal or inactive na

5️⃣ ROLE SA AKTUAL NA SITWASYON

Ready Reserve = First response
Standby Reserve = Second line / augmentation

6️⃣ SIMPLE ANALOGY

Ready Reserve = Naka-uniform na, handang bumiyahe
Standby Reserve = Nasa bahay, naghihintay ng tawag kung kailangan

Ready Reserve ang unang gagalaw. Standby Reserve ang sasalo kapag kailangan ng dagdag lakas.

🇵🇭 CALLING ALL QUALIFIED RESERVE OFFICERS OF WESTERN VISAYAS! 🇵🇭

The Philippine Army is now accepting qualified applicants for Call-to-Active-Duty (CAD) for Reserve Officers under Republic Act No. 2334, with ranks from Second Lieutenant (2LT) to Captain (CPT).

This is your opportunity to serve on active duty and contribute directly to the Army’s mission of national defense, disaster response, community development, and peace and security operations.

Through the CAD Program, eligible reservist officers can put their leadership, skills, and professionalism into action while proudly serving the Filipino people.

Qualified reservists who meet the age, medical, physical, and documentary requirements are highly encouraged to apply and help strengthen the operational readiness and capability of the Philippine Army.

📌 Interested applicants may proceed to their nearest Community Defense Center (CDC) for guidance, screening, and submission of requirements.
