The greatest reward of public service is not found in recognition, but in the trust and confidence of the people we serve. Through years of dedicated sincere, and unwavering service, we earned the faith of our farming community. That trust became so strong that a generous farmer willingly donated a parcel of land to support the various programs and projects of our agency.
A farmer representative generously donated a parcel of landโspecifically Mr. Lot Santillian in Barangay Union, Libertad. This remarkable act of generosity is more than a donation--it is a testament to the belief that our efforts have made a meaninaful difference in the lives of our farmers. It reflects a shared commitment to agricultural development, sustainable livelihoods and a brighter future for the community.
We accept this gift with profound gratitude and humility, recognizing it as both an honor and a responsibility. It inspires us to continue serving with integrity, dedication, and compassion, ensuring that every program and project entrusted to us brings asting benefits to the farming sector.
Together through trust, partnership, and service, we cultivate not only productive lands but also stronger and more resilient communities.

Activity: Bayaniyugan sa Kalusugan: Mobile Health Services
Date: June 25โ26, 2026
Venue: San Rafael Evacuation Center, San Remigio, Antique
For two days, the San Rafael Evacuation Center was transformed from a place of refuge into a sanctuary of hope, health, and holistic care. โThe two-day Mobile Health Caravan provided vital assistance to more than 500 coconut farmers and their families, particularly those living in remote, Geographically Isolated and Disadvantaged Areas (GIDA) and neighboring barangays.
โBehind the story, was a hardworking farmer who often puts their own health last to provide for their family. Through the "Bayaniyugan sa Kalusugan" initiative, spearheaded by the Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA) under the CFIDP Program.โThe atmosphere was filled with relief and gratitude as residents received a wide array of life-changing services.
โ
โThis deeply moving and successful event was a testament to what can be achieved when a community unites with a shared heart. โWe express our profound gratitude to the Municipal Local Government Unit (MLGU), led by the compassionate Hon. Mayor Mar Mission, and the untiring, deeply dedicated Acting Municipal Agriculturist, Sonia Samillano. Together with the passionate MLGU staff, the Provincial Government of Antique, and the Member Agencies of the PTF-ELCAC, these leaders proved that true governance is measured by how we care for the most vulnerable.
To every partner agency, volunteer, and unsung hero who worked tirelessly behind the scenes: your sweat and kindness became the answered prayers of hundreds of families.

โAs the caravan packed up and the lights dimmed at the San Rafael Evacuation Center, the lasting impact remained visible in the brightened eyes and relieved smiles of our farmers.
We did more than just treat illnesses over those two daysโwe honored the hands that till our soil, restored their hope, and reminded them that they are deeply cared for by a community that stands firmly by their side. ๐ด

As the two-day( June 22-23, 2026) Mobile Health Services come to a close here at the Poblacion Gymnasium in Patnongon, Antique, our hearts are overflowing with immense gratitude.
โFor two days, we witnessed more than just medical check-ups and dental procedures. We witnessed the resilient smiles of over 500 coconut farmersโfathers, mothers, and elders from 11 barangays, including our most remote GIDA communitiesโwho walk the long miles every day to sustain our agricultural heritage. To see them receive the care they truly deserve, from life-saving diagnostics to a simple pair of eyeglasses that will help them see a brighter tomorrow, is a deeply moving experience that words can barely capture.
โOur Deepest Thanks
โThis beautiful and successful mission would not have been possible without the hands and hearts that came together to serve:
๐ดโTo the Local Government Unit of Patnongon, led by the compassionate Honorable Mayor Johnyflores S. Bacongllo, thank you for opening your doors and championing the welfare of your people.
๐ดโTo the Municipal Agriculture Office (MAO),headed by Ma'am Bernadita Salvador, thank you for your tireless dedication and for being the bridge that connects us to our farming communities.
๐ดโTo the healthcare professionals, volunteers, our partner agencies and the team behind the scenes: Your energy, kindness, and dedication brought healing and comfort to so many. You are the heartbeat of this event. โ"We Go Where the Farmers Are"
