Accountability is not an optional accessory of power; it is the fundamental heart.
Many would agree that the beautiful provincial educational assistance is now ruined.
Having priority sectors does not defeat the goal of the program, but neglecting the broad spectrum of what we call โdeserving studentsโ has caused the program's failure.

A friend sent me many posts complaining about this year's provincial educational assistance process and implementation.
My dear fellow scholars, DO NOT LOOK FOR 20K ANYMORE. Different administration, different priority programs and projects.(In short, WALA NA TA MAHIMO๐)
The OPYDO has a new approach to implementing the program to match the budget allocation. There are priority sectors that require ADDITIONAL DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS that you are complaining about.
Letโs accept reality. THE GOVERNMENT YOU ELECT IS THE GOVERNMENT YOU DESERVE. All we can do is help each other uplift our voices and stand for what we are fighting for. Let us be wise ANTIQUEรOS next time when we exercise our right to suffrage.
