CSU APARRI WELCOMES NEWLY APPOINTED PRIVATE SECTOR REPRESENTATIVES TO THE BOARD OF REGENTS

Cagayan State University Aparri Campus formally welcomed the newly appointed Private Sector Representatives to the CSU Board of Regents during a gathering attended by university officials and faculty members.

The event highlighted the university’s commitment to strengthening partnerships and advancing institutional development through collaborative leadership.

Present during the occasion was OIC University President Dr. Arthur G. Ibañez, whose attendance highlighted the administration’s strong support for the continued growth and progress of the university system.

Also present was Director Dionisio C. Ledres Jr.,member of the Board of Regents, whose participation further emphasized the significance of the gathering and the shared commitment toward responsive and progressive university governance.

Regular Faculty Members of CSU Aparri also attended the event, showing unity and support for the newly designated members of the governing board.

Recognized during the program were Hon. Noel T. Veridiano II and Hon. Joselito K. Luna, both serving as Private Sector Representatives to the CSU Board of Regents.

Their appointment is expected to strengthen the university’s linkages with stakeholders and contribute valuable perspectives from the private sector toward policy-making and institutional advancement.

The welcoming program served not only as a celebration of leadership and service but also as a reaffirmation of CSU’s mission of nurturing leaders, advancing communities, and transforming lives. CSU APARRI, LGU STRENGTHEN WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT THROUGH JOB FAIR 2026

Cagayan State University–Aparri, in partnership with the Local Government Unit of Aparri, successfully conducted a job fair on May 1, 2026, reinforcing their shared commitment to promoting employment opportunities and advancing workforce development in the community.

The collaborative initiative brought together job seekers, particularly graduates and alumni of CSU Aparri, and various potential employers from different industries.

The event served as a vital platform for bridging the gap between education and employment, enabling participants to explore career opportunities and establish meaningful professional connections.

University officials highlighted that the job fair is part of CSU Aparri’s continuing efforts to enhance graduate employability and strengthen its industry linkages.
