Bayani had a Back to Back Meeting with the office of VM Zaira Erika Caluya and Office of The Mayor Juanario S. Garde represented By AOV Jayheart Tumbaga to ensure that the welfare, rights, and interests of Indigenous Cultural Communities/Indigenous Peoples (ICCs/IPs) are integrated into the LGU's main development and investment plans.

The First Indigenous Peoples Mandatory Representative (IPMR) Congress cm Parliamentary Training Sessions, which formally commenced yesterday, November 19, 2025, is presently ongoing in Sta. Ana, Cagayan and is scheduled to conclude tomorrow, November 21, 2025. The event gathers IPMRs from various municipalities of the province to strengthen their legislative competence and reinforce their mandated role in local governance.
The ongoing sessions focus on the enhancement of procedural knowledge, adherence to parliamentary rules, and the proper exercise of the IPMR mandate within local legislative bodies, consistent with the principles of transparency, accountability, and participatory governance.
Vice Governor Kyle Mariah Chelsea Bulut-Cunan graced the activity and articulated the provincial governmentโs continuing commitment to supporting indigenous leadership.
