The Barangay Mabasa of Argao , through the Sangguniang Kabataan of Brgy. Mabasa and in line with the annual fiesta celebration in Honor of San Jose , formally announces the conduct of 𝑩𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒌 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒔𝒕—a literary performance event dedicated to showcasing stories of resilience, unity, and hope among the Argawanon community.

• Balak must be in 𝗖𝗲𝗯𝘂𝗮𝗻𝗼 𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗼 only
• Time Limit: 𝟯–𝟱 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀
• Language: Cebuano or Filipino
