The oath-taking was conducted through a hybrid ceremony in connection with the implementation of the 2025 Code of Judicial Conduct and Accountability and the 2025 Code of Conduct and Accountability for Court Officials and Personnel, reaffirming the Judiciary’s unwavering commitment to integrity, accountability, and faithful public service.

Vallena conducted its exit conference to discuss the challenges and concerns encountered in 2025, as well as the proposed solutions and measures to ensure effective service delivery in 2026.

JAIL VISITATION OF RTC BRANCH 11 FAMILY COURT, AROROY, MASBATE – JUDGE AND STAFF

IN PHOTOS | On December 19, 2025, the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 11, Family Court, Aroroy, Masbate, headed by Hon. Judge Ronnie G. Vallena, together with the court staff, conducted a jail visitation at the Aroroy District Jail, Brgy. Baga-uma, Aroroy, Masbate.

During the visitation, Hon. Judge Vallena engaged in discussions with the Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) to ascertain their current conditions, including the status of their respective cases. In addition, a brief lecture on criminal procedure was conducted to enhance the PDLs’ understanding of the legal process.

As a legal mandate, the Court always assures the PDLs that their rights are protected and properly observed.
