**One school. One vision. One community moving forward together!** ✨

At exactly **1:00 PM this afternoon, September 9, 2026**, the **Concepcion Elementary School Mini-Gym** came alive with the presence of teachers and parents as we gathered for the **2nd General PTA Assembly**. More than just a meeting, it was a moment to connect, exchange ideas, and build a stronger path forward for our learners and our school.

Spearheaded by **PTA President Merlyn A. Siva** and **School Principal Arnulfo P. Pacaña**, together with the **Board of Directors (BOD) members**, the assembly brought together our **teachers and parents** in one meaningful gathering.

> **“A school becomes stronger when parents and teachers stop working beside each other and start working with each other.”**

One of the highlights of the assembly was the presentation of the **plans, directions, and vision of our new School Head, Sir Arnulfo P. Pacaña**, setting the tone for a school community that is ready to embrace new possibilities and move forward with purpose.

Through the agenda, the school’s **upcoming programs, activities, projects, and engagements** were discussed—each one carrying an important message: **the success of our school initiatives cannot rest on the shoulders of a few. It requires all of us.**

From supporting school programs, participating in activities, strengthening learner welfare, maintaining a positive learning environment, to responding to the needs of our school community, **every helping hand matters.** 🙌

> **“Great schools are not built by one leader alone. They are built by a community that chooses to participate, cooperate, and care.”**

Today’s assembly reminded us that **PTA is more than an organization—it is a partnership.** A partnership where teachers bring their dedication, parents bring their support, school leaders provide direction, and everyone shares one common goal: **to give our learners the best possible environment to learn, grow, and succeed.**

As Concepcion Elementary School prepares for its upcoming engagements, may we continue to **show up, speak up, lend a hand, and work hand in hand.** Because when we move as one, challenges become lighter, plans become possible, and our vision for a better school becomes a shared reality.

> **“Together, we don’t just plan for a better school—we build it.”** 💙💛

**Mabuhay ang Concepcion Elementary School!**

**Mabuhay ang ating mga masisipag na g**o at supportive na mga magulang!**

**Together, let us make every engagement count—for every learner, every family, and our entire school community.** 🤝✨

📚✨ Empowering Parents, Protecting Children, Building a Safer Community ✨📚

“Every child deserves to grow in an environment where respect is taught, rights are protected, and responsibilities are understood.”

Concepcion Elementary School successfully conducted a Symposium on the Anti-Bastos Law, Anti-Bullying Act, and Children’s Rights and Responsibilities for the parents of our Kindergarten to Grade 6 learners.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our esteemed resource speakers:
👮 PSSg Jade G. Cuamag, Women and Child Protection Development – PNCO, for sharing valuable insights on the Anti-Bastos Law and Anti-Bullying Act, and
🤝 Glenda Z. Ruiz, Social Welfare Officer I from the DSWD, for enlightening participants on the Rights and Responsibilities of Children.

This meaningful activity was made possible through the partnership of the Barangay Council, headed by Barangay Captain Frilan F. Amesona, in coordination with the Committee on VAWC, led by Kagawad April Marydel Bual-Orcullo, and the Committee on Education, headed by Kagawad Sylvate Datu.

Under the supervision of our dedicated school principal, Sir Arnulfo P. Pacaña, and with the support of the Concepcion Elementary School Teaching Staff, parents gained valuable knowledge that will help strengthen their role in nurturing, guiding, and protecting their children.

“When parents, schools, and communities work together, we create a future where every child feels safe, valued, and empowered.”

Thank you to all our speakers, partners, and participants for making this learning opportunity a success. Together, let us continue to promote respect, uphold children’s rights, and create a bully-free and child-friendly community for all.

🏅🎉 CONCEPCION ELEMENTARY SCHOOL INTRAMURALS 2026 🎉🏅

A vibrant display of sportsmanship, teamwork, and school spirit filled the grounds of Concepcion Elementary School as learners proudly represented their grade-level colors, creating a sea of energy, unity, and enthusiasm. ❤️💙💛💚💜🧡

One of the highlights of the opening program was the inspiring Lighting of the Torch, led by our former DAVRAA and Division Meet Qualifiers, symbolizing excellence, determination, and the passing of the flame of sportsmanship to the next generation of athletes.

This successful event would not have been possible without the leadership and support of our School Principal, Sir Arnulfo P. Pacaña, and the dedication of our Sports Coordinator, Sir Peter Patrick A. Llemit, whose commitment continues to inspire young athletes to strive for greatness both on and off the field.

As we celebrate this year’s intramurals, may every game strengthen friendships, build character, and remind us that victory is not only measured by medals but by the courage, discipline, and teamwork shown by every participant.
