The formation was conducted to further strengthen the cadetsโ€™ discipline, leadership, military bearing, knowledge, and commitment to duty and service. It also served as an avenue to reinforce proper military conduct and instill the values expected of every ROTC cadet.

The activity was spearheaded by ๐— ๐—”๐—, ๐—๐—˜๐—ฅ๐—œ๐—–๐—›๐—ข ๐—– ๐—ฉ๐—”๐—Ÿ๐——๐—˜ (๐—ฆ๐—–) ๐—ฃ๐—”, ROTC Commandant, In coordination with ๐—ฆ๐—š๐—ง, ๐—ฅ๐—ข๐—ก๐— ๐—˜๐—ฅ ๐—› ๐— ๐—˜๐—ฅ๐—ข๐—ก๐—ง๐—ข๐—ฆ (๐—”๐—ฟ๐—บ) ๐—ฃ๐—”, Admin NCO and ๐— ๐˜€. ๐——๐—ถ๐˜ƒ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฒ ๐—š๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ ๐—ฅ ๐——๐—ฒ ๐—๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜‚๐˜€, ๐—ฅ๐—–๐—ฅ๐—œ๐— , ๐— ๐—ฆ๐—–๐—, NSTP/ROTC Coordinator, together with the Training Staff/Graduate Military Assistants (๐—š๐— ๐—”๐˜€) and the Advance ROTC Cadet Officers, composed of First Class (๐Ÿญ๐—–๐—Ÿ) and Second Class (๐Ÿฎ๐—–๐—Ÿ) cadets, headed by ๐—–๐——๐—ง ๐—Ÿ๐—ง๐—– ๐—ž๐—ถ๐—บ ๐—  ๐—”๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ฏ๐—ฎ๐—น, Corps Commander.

The formation formally commenced with personnel accountability and attendance checking, ensuring the proper accounting and disposition of all cadets present. This was followed by the organization and designation of cadets into their respective companies and platoons in accordance with the approved Corps organizational structure.

All cadets are reminded to:

โ€ข Bring all essential materials and requirements needed for the exam.
โ€ข Maintain proper bearing, discipline, and decorum throughout the activity.
โ€ข Attendance is MANDATORY. All cadets are expected to be present and on time.

Following Discussion the cadets underwent a written quiz and knowledge assessment to evaluate their understanding and retention of the lesson presented. The assessment also provided an opportunity to determine the cadets comprehension of the principles and practices of BASIC MAP READING.
