The Baao Municipal Library proudly extends its warmest congratulations to our former On-the-Job Trainees (OJTs) who successfully passed the Computer-Based Librarian Licensure Examination administered by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on September 3–4, 2026!

From learning the ropes inside our library, assisting our readers, and gaining valuable experience as OJTs, you have now taken another important step in your journey as Licensed Professional Librarians. We are incredibly proud to have been part of your journey and to witness your dedication, perseverance, and passion for the profession.

Good news, Baao! 🐾❤️

After many years without an Animal Bite Treatment Center in our municipality, we are grateful that this dream is finally becoming a reality.

Thank you, LGU Baao, especially Mayor Jeff Besinio for your support, leadership, and for making this possible for our community. Your commitment to improving healthcare services for the people of Baao is truly appreciated.

Through teamwork and dedication, our Animal Bite Treatment Center at RHU Baao Buluang will 🔜open and provide a more accessible and timely service for our Baaoeños.

Sa pagdiriwang ng ika-165 anibersaryo ng kapanganakan ni Dr. Jose Rizal, panoorin ang Finding Rizal in a Time of Barriers ng tanggapan ni Senator Loren Legarda at DFA. Tunghayan ang kanyang naging paglalakbay at mga pagsubok sa Europa upang magsilbi sa bansa. Muli nating balikan ang mga aral ng ating pambansang bayani na gabay pa rin natin hanggang ngayon.

Building bridges for a brighter, more informed community!

Last May 5, 2026, the Baao Municipal Library was honored to host a significant visitation from the National Library of the Philippines- Public Libraries Division.

​We were delighted to welcome Mr. Chad Aren Diaz and Ms. Amy Felice Bucago, who met with our very own SB Secretary Roque Pelingon and Municipal Librarian Ath Gonowon Nagales.

​The visit was more than just a tour; it was a productive session focused on growth and innovation. Deep discussions were held regarding upcoming projects, digital resource expansion, and enhanced library services. Aligning local initiatives with national standards to ensure Baao remains a hub for lifelong learning.

​We are excited about the future plans laid out during this meeting. Together, we are ensuring that the heart of our town—our library—continues to evolve and serve as a sanctuary for knowledge and heritage.
