Bacolod City Police Force Multiplier

The Bacolod City Police Force Multipliers Federation attended the Orientation Seminar on the Role of the Force Multipliers in Law Enforcement in relation to the 30th Police Community Relations Month Celebration, conducted by the City Community Affairs and Development Unit (CCADU), BCPO on July 5, 2025 at 8:00AM to 12:00NN at BCPO Multi-purpose Gym.

PLTCOL SHERLOCK C GABANA, C, CCADU and PEMS Napoleon Espinosa, C, Clerk, CIDMU are the resource speakers who shared their knowledge and experties.

They discussed the role of the Force Multipliers as a First Responder in a scene of incident, Force Continuum, and what would the force multipliers should when assisting the PNP in patrolling and checkpoint.

The activity was attended by 56 force multipliers from the 17 force multipliers organizations.

The Bacolod City Bureau of Fire Protection under City Fire Marshal FSUPT JENNY MAE C MASIP thru FO3 Jose Samuel Lapuz conducted a 3 Day Volunteer Fire Brigade Training on May 3, 4 and 10, 2025 to the members of the Bacolod City Police Force Multipliers Federation at the covered court and gym at Brgy. Villamonte, Bacolod City and their practical exercises were conducted at Old Airport, Brgy. Singcang-Airport, Bacolod City

The training was initiated by the BCPFMF Founder and Adviser PLTCOL SHERLOCK C GABANA, C, CCADU, BCPO with BCPFMF President Manny Loplop.

PEPSI Company Inc. sponsored 90 Premier bottled water for the participants and 20 kilos of rice by PB Rommel Flores.

On May 1, 2025 at around 7:30AM, Bacolod City Police Force Multipliers Federation with PLTCOL SHERLOCK C GABANA, C, CCADU, BCPO; BCPFMF Founder and Adviser distributed bottled water and gatorade to the vendors, members of DRRMO, Highway Patrol Group, Jeepney, E Bike Drivers, Delivery Riders and people who were in the public plaza. Also a libre gupit was conducted

These activities are in relation to the Labor Day Celebration A total of 150 premier bottled water and 48 gatorade sponsored by PEPSI Company Inc. and 154 bottled water sponsored by the Federation were distributed.
