Starting March 16, 2026, the Provincial Environment Management Office (PEMO), Mines Rehabilitation Fund Committee (MRFC), both located in Mezzanine Floor, PNB Building, Lacson St. and the One-Stop-Shop (OSS) located at Ayala Malls Capitol Central will implement a new office schedule:

🕗 Tuesday to Friday
8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

🚫 No office transactions on Mondays

This work arrangement is in line with Memorandum Circular No. 114 issued by the Office of the President, directing government offices to adopt energy-saving measures.

Please be guided accordingly.

Capitol Lagoon ➡️ Lacson Street ➡️ SM City Bacolod

And the celebration doesn’t stop there!

At the SM City Bacolod Main Atrium:
Enjoy the much-awaited Sayawit Para sa Kalikasan Competition, where 13 schools from all over Negros Occidental will showcase powerful messages of conservation through song and dance.

❗❗ ANNOUNCEMENT | 21st Provincial Wildlife Month Activities 💚

In the aftermath of Typhoon Tino and Typhoon Uwan, our hearts go out to everyone affected by these storms. We are deeply aware of the challenges faced by many communities and our thoughts are with those who have experienced losses.

Even amidst these challenges, we continue to honor Negros’ rich biodiversity and the important role our environment plays in protecting us. Some venues and schedules have changed due to the storms, and we humbly ask for your understanding as we move forward safely.
