Established last July 2018 through the effort of the Campus Administration headed by Richard M. Gelangre, Ph. D. the federative entity is designed to be an element of opportunities for the homosexual sector of the academe.
ESOL Community was identified as a School-Based City Organization by the National Youth Commission ( waiting for its accreditation certificate )
this 2019, ESOL Community was under the transition process from School - Based to Community - Based Youth Organization to realize its goal of serving a large number of LGBT Bacolodnon Youth.
