Kung kaya’t ang pagpapanatili ng malinis na kapaligiran ay ang pangunahing sandata upang maiwasan ang sakit na dulot ng bakteryang ito.

Narito ang ilan pang impormasyon na dapat nating malaman upang tayo ay makasigurado sa proteksyon ng pamilya laban sa Leptospirosis.

Iwasan ang Letospirosis!
Leptospirosis ang isa sa mga pinakamapanganib na sakit na maaaring makuha sa baha.

📌 Ano ang leptospirosis?
Ito ay impeksyon mula sa bacteria na galing sa ihi ng daga at iba pang hayop na humahalo sa tubig-baha.
✔ Pwedeng pumasok sa katawan sa pamamagitan ng sugat o gasgas.
✔ Maaaring magdulot ng lagnat, pananakit ng katawan, paninilaw ng mata at balat—at sa malalang kaso, kidney failure o kamatayan.

🚨 Paano ito maiiwasan?
✅ Iwasan ang paglusong sa baha, lalo na kung may sugat sa paa o binti.
✅ Magsuot ng bota o proteksyon kung hindi maiiwasang lumusong.
✅ Magpatingin agad sa doktor kung makaramdam ng sintomas.
✅ Agad na maghugas o maligo gamit ang malinis na tubig at sabon kung hindi naiwasang malubog sa baha.

📌 Bakit delikado ang pagbaha?
✔ Maaaring magdulot ito ng leptospirosis, dengue, at iba pang sakit.
✔ Posibleng may kasamang kuryente ang baha—delikado sa buhay!
✔ Puwede ring makasira ng bahay at kabuhayan.

🚨 Anong dapat gawin?
✅ Iwasan ang paglusong sa baha lalo na kung may sugat.
✅ Lumikas agad kung may abiso ng evacuation.
✅ Siguraduhing ligtas ang mga gamit at importanteng dokumento.

Ano nga ba ang MPOX?

Ang Mpox ay isang sakit na dulot ng monkeypox virus. Naipapasa ito sa pamamagitan ng malapitang kontak sa balat ng taong may impeksyon, o sa gamit na kontaminado tulad ng kumot, bedsheet, o tuwalya.

Mahalagang malaman ang tamang impormasyon tungkol sa Mpox upang makaiwas sa maling akala at pananakot. Huwag basta-basta maniwala sa sabi-sabi—magtiwala lamang sa mga opisyal at mapagkakatiwalaang sources.

Sa unang senyales ng Mpox, agad na magpatingin sa pinakamalapit na primary care facility o ospital para sa tamang pagsusuri at gamutan.
