At around 10:15AM, our POSO Personnel at the public plaza called 911 Bacolod and requested medical assistance for a homeless senior citizen. This was upon the instruction of the Deputy Chief PCapt. Barro (Ret). The SC was identified as FLORENCIO GARINGALO, 86y.o. from Sipalay City.

Our uniformed Men and Women from the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) immediately responded to the call. They checked the vital signs, BP-130/90, normal temp.

Kudos mga Ma'am and Sir from BFP.

Calling the attention as well of anyone, basi mai nkakakilala kai tatay or sa mga Relatives/family n tatay. Si Tatay Florencio, medyo gakalipat na sng mga details sng iya self. Please share.
