Spur 2 Irrigators Association (SIA) in Brgy. Minapasuk, Calatrava, Negros Occidental harvested an initial 130 kilos of tilapia from their Project LAWA at BINHI.
The harvest was joined by SIA members and the Municipal Agriculture Office of Calatrava.
The Office of the Provincial Agriculturist, DSWD Western Visayas, and continue to monitor partner beneficiaries to ensure project sustainability and livelihood support.

Brgy Prosperidad Organic Village Farmers Association (BPOVFA) successfully harvested 90 kilos of Tilapia from their Project LAWA in Brgy Prosperidad, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.
The association is striving to ensure that while water is abundant, fresh tilapia is also healthy for production and additional income for the association.

Congratulations to 𝗧𝗠𝗜𝗙𝗔 (𝗧𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮’𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻) of Brgy. Agpangi, Calatrava, Negros Occidental on their successful first harvest, 158 kilos of eggplant (talong) and 92 kilos of bitter gourd (ampalaya).
Project LAWA at BINHI continue to support farmers by improving access to water and helping boost agricultural income.
