Are you a member of the PNP, AFP, Navy, Marines, or Air Force and need to renew your License to Own and Possess Fi****ms (LTOPF)?

Please prepare the following requirements and upload them through your FEO Account:

📋 REQUIREMENTS

1️⃣ Notarized LTOPF Application Form
2️⃣ Notarized Affidavit of Undertaking for 5 OR 10 Years
3️⃣ Duty Status and Non-Pending Case issued by the Unit
4️⃣ PNP, AFP, Navy, Marines, or Air Force ID
5️⃣ National Police Clearance

Planning to apply for a License to Own and Possess Fi****ms (LTOPF)? Prepare your complete documentary requirements and follow the proper process to ensure a smooth and efficient application.

📋 BASIC DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS

1️⃣ Notarized Application Form

2️⃣ Affidavit of Undertaking for 5 or 10 Years

3️⃣ Valid Government-Issued ID

4️⃣ Certificate of Gun Safety and Responsible Gun Ownership Seminar, validated by C, FEO or C, RCSU

5️⃣ Proof of Income or Payslip or other documents that may prove source of income

6️⃣ PSA Birth Certificate, Passport, or DFA Certificate of Filipino Citizenship

7️⃣ Proof of Billing in the name of the applicant, or in the name of the spouse with Marriage Contract

8️⃣ Neuro-Psychiatric Examination from PNP Health Service

9️⃣ Drug Test from PNP Regional Forensic Unit
