The Office of the Election Officer โ€“ Bacolod City informs the public that the **voter registration activity intended for the students of** Negros Occidental High School **(NOHS)** originally scheduled on **March 11โ€“12, 2026** has been **POSTPONED**.

The activity will be **rescheduled on March 24, 2026** at the same venue.

During the postponement, **regular voter registration at the COMELEC BAYS Center will continue** and will accommodate applicants.

The Commission on Elections โ€“ Bacolod City, headed by Atty. Kathrina L. Trinio- Caรฑa, successfully conducted the Discussion on COMELEC Resolution No. 11063 together with the Simultaneous Voter Registration and Register Anywhere Program (RAP) at the Bacolod City Police Office.

The activity aimed to strengthen awareness and understanding of the provisions of COMELEC Resolution No. 11063 while also providing police personnel and participants the opportunity to register and update their voter records through the simultaneous voter registration and the Register Anywhere Program.

The Office of the Election Officer extends its sincere appreciation to the Bacolod City Police Office for their support and cooperation in facilitating this activity, which contributes to ensuring that more eligible citizens are able to exercise their right to vote.

COMELEC Bacolod City remains committed to bringing voter services closer to the people and promoting informed and active participation in the electoral process.

OFFICIAL ADVISORY | March 2026 Satellite Registration

Residents of the aforementioned barangays and schools who are of voting age may submit an application for registration, transfer, reactivation, and correction of entry on the said date.

DISCLAIMER: Additional supporting documents might be required by COMELEC personnel upon screening or during query depending on the type of application being applied for or the requirements being presented.

The public is advised of the following prohibited attire during registration including satellite registrations:
sando, spaghetti straps, tube tops and the like.

Please be guided accordingly.

Daily voter registration is conducted at the COMELECโ€“BAYS Center. However, please be advised that registration operations at the said office are temporarily suspended during scheduled satellite registration activities. Regular registration will resume immediately after the completion of off-site registration schedules.

Applicants are advised to proceed early to avoid long queues. Please ensure to bring all required documents and valid IDs (addressed to Barangay where the applicant is residing) and photocopies of each, for faster processing.
