In the morning, candidates will face the challenge of defending their platforms, answering tough questions, and showing us what it truly means to lead. It’s your chance as students to listen, observe, and reflect.

In the afternoon, it’s your time to decide.
Choose wisely. Elect leaders who are trustworthy, helpful, approachable, and sincere in their desire to serve. Officers who will not turn their backs in times of need, but will step up for you in every situation.

From the first Grade 12 graduation of Mother Theresa Colegio de Bacolod, each ROTC batch stood with discipline, pride, and purpose.

👑 Batch Mathesian (2022–2023) – The pioneers who set the standard.
⚔️ Batch Mathesian (2nd) (2023–2024) – The torchbearers who kept it burning.
🔥 Batch Masigasig (2024–2025) – The relentless force that pushed forward.

The Reserve Training Corps (ROTC) at Mother Theresa Colegio de Bacolod is dedicated to developing future leaders. Our program provides training in leadership, discipline, and physical fitness.
