BEGINNER'S LUCK. Barangay 20 to illuminate the grounds of UpperEast to NGC as we join the Electric Masskara.

Putting mosquito lavicide granules on canals of Barangay 20 where larvae (kiti-kiti) grows & exist. To destroy breeding places is one of the Action Plan for Dengue Awareness by Punong Barangay Edward Solis Yee .

Punong Barangay also encourage residents to do the 4 o'clock habit of cleaning their surroundings on a daily basis for a mosquito free area
