Recognizing the need to further enhance its delivery, the Department of Agriculture - Negros Island Region (DA-NIR) recently conducted a two-day SAAD Orientation Activity Retooling, bringing together key stakeholders and implementers in a shared mission to uplift marginalized farmers and fisherfolk across the region.
