Classes in pre-school to senior high in public schools are still suspended tomorrow, November 26, 2025.

Upon prior consultation with the private schools, classes are left to the discretion of their respective school heads and administrators.

Pursuant to Executive Order No. 74, s. 2025, classes in all levels in public and private schools in Bacolod City are suspended tomorrow, November 25, 2025, due to the Orange Heavy Rainfall Warning (100-200 mm) issued by the DOST-PAGASA for Bacolod City in relation to the Shear Line and Tropical Depression Verbena.

Schools are encouraged to shift to modular distance learning performance tasks and projects to ensure that learning competencies are met.

Protect us, O God, from harm and danger. Keep our homes safe and secure, and shield our families and neighbors. Watch over those who are most vulnerable, the poor, the sick, the elderly, and those with no shelter.

Calm the winds, O Lord, and let the rain subside. Grant courage to those working to help others the rescuers, volunteers, and community leaders.
Give us faith that You are with us in every storm.

After the rain, may Your peace and light shine upon us. Help us rebuild, renew, and remain united in hope and compassion.

Upon recommendation of the Bacolod City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council and pursuant to Executive Order No. 66, Series of 2025, Face-to-Face classes in all levels in public and private schools in Bacolod City on November 3-4, 2025 are hereby suspended due to the possible impact of incoming Tropical Cyclone Tino which is expected to pass through the area of Negros Island.

Schools are encouraged to shift to modular distance learning performance tasks and projects to ensure that learning competencies are met.
