10:00 am - Start of Program plus Orientation for Responsible Pet Parenting and Ownership from the recognized partner of City Veterinary Office
10:30 am - Doggos Fashion Show with Awards to be given to: Most Fashionable, Most Behaved, Most Energetic, Most Photogenic, Grand Prize for Hakot Awardee
11:00 am Awarding of Winners and Giving of Giveaways

SUBJECT: NEW SCHEDULE FOR SUBMISSION, APPROVAL AND PAYMENT OF CONSTRUCTION BOND

Dear Homeowners,

To better serve you with your plans or request for renovation or improvement, the Property Management Office has set a new schedule of submission, approval, and payment for Construction Bond:

- SUBMISSION Schedule: Monday to Thursday
- REVIEW & APPROVAL Schedule: Friday to Saturday
- ACCEPTING OF PAYMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION BOND & ISSUANCE OF GATE PASS Schedule: Monday to Saturday

In the event that the Homeowner will submit his/her plans or lay out after the submission schedule, this will fall onto the next schedule of approval.

Also, Schedule of Request for Refund of Construction Bond will be as follows:

- Submission of Complete Documents Schedule: Monday to Tuesday
- Inspection Schedule: Wednesday
- Submission to Cashier for Processing of Check Schedule: Thursday
- Releasing Schedule: 2 weeks after submission

Note: 8990 Cashier will update the unit owner thru call/text for the check releasing date.
