Ang thyroid ay maliit na glandula sa leeg na may malaking papel sa metabolismo, tibok ng puso, at enerhiya.

Marami ang may thyroid disorder pero hindi nila alam. Bantayan ang sintomas tulad ng pagkapagod, pagbabago sa timbang, at pamamanas sa leeg.

We strongly urge everyone NOT TO LEAVE children, senior citizens, persons with disabilities (PWDs), and other vulnerable family members alone at home.

Recent fire incidents have tragically claimed innocent lives:

• May 20 – Brgy. 1: 2 children died after being trapped in a house fire.
• May 24 - Brgy. Mandalagan: A 1-year-old child died, 6-year-old injured in another fire.

These heartbreaking events serve as a painful reminder:
Lives can be lost in seconds. Please take every precaution.

Let us protect our loved ones.
Do not leave them unattended.
Ensure your home is fire-safe.
Report fire hazards and always keep emergency numbers ready.

This is a call to action for all Bacolodnons. Let’s prevent another tragedy.

Makinig sa iyong katawan at bantayan ang alinmang sintomas na nasa larawan.

📌 Magpa-bakuna laban sa cervical cancer para may proteksyon ka sa human papillomavirus.

📌 Pagdating ng 30 y/o, magpa cervical cancer screening kada 3-5 taon.
