THE GREATEST LEGACY A PARENT CAN LEAVE IS FAITH IN GOD.
In a world that teaches children to chase success, popularity, wealth, and recognition, the greatest gift a parent can ever give is not money, property, or status—it is leading their child to Jesus Christ.
Children learn more from what they see than from what they hear.
When they see their parents pray, they learn dependence on God.
When they see their parents worship, they learn reverence.
When they see their parents trust God through trials, they learn faith.
When they see their parents repent and seek God, they learn humility.
The home is the first church a child will ever know.
Before a pastor teaches them.
Before a teacher influences them.
Before the world speaks to them.
Parents have the sacred responsibility to plant God's Word deep within their hearts.
Proverbs 22:6 is not merely advice—it is a divine instruction:
"Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it."
This does not mean a child will never struggle or face temptations. It means the seeds of God's truth planted in their heart will remain. The lessons learned in prayer, worship, and obedience to God will continue to call them back to Him.
One day, careers will end.
Possessions will fade.
Achievements will be forgotten.
But a child who knows Jesus carries an eternal inheritance.
Parents, never underestimate the power of praying with your children.
Those bedtime prayers matter.
Those Bible stories matter.
Those moments of worship matter.
Those conversations about God matter.
Even when you do not see immediate results, God is working.
The seeds you plant today may become the faith that sustains them tomorrow.
Raise children who know how to pray.
Raise children who know how to trust God.
Raise children who love His Word.
Raise children who follow Christ.
Because the goal is not merely to prepare them for life on earth—
it is to prepare them for eternity.
📖 "But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord." — Joshua 24:15
May every home become a place where faith is nurtured, prayers are lifted, and children learn that Jesus Christ is the foundation that never fails.
