Last Saturday, May 30, 2026, at 3:30 PM, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Brgy. Felisa successfully conducted the 𝙎𝙆 𝙍𝙀𝘼𝘿𝙎 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙢 (𝙇𝙞𝙗𝙧𝙚 𝙋𝙖𝙗𝙖𝙨𝙖) in Purok Totong 1, Brgy. Felisa.

The program aimed to encourage children to develop a love for reading while creating a fun and engaging learning environment within the community. Through storytelling, reading activities, and interactive learning sessions, our young participants were able to enhance their literacy skills and build confidence in reading.

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to our dedicated volunteers whose time, effort, and passion made this activity meaningful and successful. Your commitment to serving the youth and promoting education is truly inspiring.

Together, we continue to nurture young minds and build a brighter future through literacy and learning. 📖💙

‎The PESO Scholarship Online Application Form will officially open on June 5, 2026, at 8:00 AM and will close on June 8, 2026, at 5:00 PM.

‎QUALIFICATIONS:
‎✅ Must be a registered resident of Bacolod City.
‎✅ Must enroll in any private colleges or universities in Bacolod City.
‎✅ Must not be more than 22 years old at the time of application.
‎✅ Must not be a recipient of any government or private scholarship.
‎✅ Must have no grade lower than 85% in any subject, or its equivalent, from the previous semester.
‎✅ Must have no failing grades from the previous semester.
‎✅ Must have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 85%.
‎✅ For incoming Freshmen, must be a graduate of a public or private school within Bacolod City.
