Bacolod Cooperative Office gets special recognition


The Bacolod City Cooperative and Livelihood Development Office (CCLDO) was given a special recognition at the 8th National Tripartite Conference for Cooperative Development at the Grand Xing Imperial Hotel in Iloilo City recently.

CCLDO-OIC Brenda Burdeos later presented the award to Mayor Evelio Leonardia at the Bacolod City Government Center.

The certificate stated that the “special recognition was presented to the Bacolod CCLDO, under Bacolod Mayor Evelio Leonardia, for having established and operationalized a full-pledged office dedicated in the advancement of cooperatives and providing them services and facilities in furtherance of their development.”

It was signed by Liga ng Mga Cooperative Development Officers sa Pilipinas National President Celia Atienza and Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) Chairman Orlando Ravanera.

Burdeos said the CDA has awarded Bacolod CCLDO the National Gawad Parangal sa Cooperative in 2011.*/CITY PIO
