Coast Guard District Southern Visayas is the 13th operating command of the Philippine Coast Guard that was activated on 18 September 2017 and is located at Brgy.

TINGNAN: Humigit-kumulang 115 na residente ng Talisay City at Victorias City ang inilikas ng mga miyembro ng Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) kasunod ng malawakang pagbaha sa Negros Occidental bandang ala una ng madaling araw kanina, ika-09 ng Enero 2021.

Pansamantalang dinala ang mga residente sa Catabla Covered Court at Victorias City Mall para sa karagdagang tulong mula sa lokal na pamahalaan.

Ang pagbaha sa probinsya ay dulot ng malakas at tuluy-tuloy na buhos ng ulan kahapon, ika-08 ng Enero 2021.

PANOORIN: Kuha ang video na ito sa kasagsagan ng rescue operation ng Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) sa Talisay, Negros Occidental dahil sa walang tigil na pag-ulan na nagdulot ng malawakang pagbaha sa probinsya kagabi, ika-08 ng Enero 2021.

Armado ng lifejacket, rubber boat, at flashlight, sinuong ng mga PCG personnel ang lampas bewang na baha para matulungan ang mga residenteng kinakailangang mailikas at maihatid sa pinakamalapit na evacuation center.
