1. Title (Photo Copy)
2. Tax Clearance / Tax Receipt
3. Transfer Tax Receipt
4. Deed of Sale
5. Certificate Authorizing Registration (from BIR)
6. Processing Fee (Php 100.00)
7. Late Filing Fee (if issuance of the title exceeds 60 days)
1/4 of 1% of the Assessed Value + Php 10.00
