MILESTONES ✨️

Our alumnus, Dr. Dinne Quindipan, who is currently doing fellowship for Head & Neck Oncology at the Philippine General Hospital, just did his first TORS - Tonsillectomy.👏

TORS or Transoral Robotic Surgery is a minimally invasive procedure wherein operations are done via controlled robotic arms. It is also one of the department's wishes to acquire the robot someday 😄 It is currently available in select hospitals in Metro Manila.

Residents and consultant staff recently attended the Philippine Society of Otorhinolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery Annual Convention "Breathing Better, Living Better: Advances in Rhinology, Smell, Skull Base and Sleep Surgery" last December 2-4, 2025 at SPACE at One Ayala.

Program Director Dr. Michael Joseph David also took oath as one of the Board of Trustees of the society (Visayas representative). Congratulations!
